Prepare Local Discovery Data
- Export 1 - Natives, Images, Text, Metadata, Work Product
- Export Data Online Guide: Export Case Data (ipro.com)
- All documents to be migrated.
- There is no need to check the two fields on the System Fields tab.
- Use the Select All option on the Database Fields tab.

- Production Volumes and their associated cross-reference file.
- In the data directory for the case there is a folder called “ProdXref”.
- This folder will contain text files for each production export performed and are named after the production name.
- The following fields are found in the text file: BEGDOC, PRODBEG, PRODEND, PRODBEGATTACH, PRODENDATTACH.
- This can be used as the cross-reference file for the Production History.
