Overview of items included in Reveal 11.1

New	AI	Add a Dashboard widget for Emotional Intelligence, including Positivity & Negativity scores.	Presents a widget that shows distribution of Positivity and Negativity scores detected in document across the project, or across the current set of search results.
New	AI	Add a new Entities Dashboard widget.	Data visualization of document counts per Entity category on the application dashboard to provide an overview of document counts with entities detected, by Entity category.
New	Filters	Add Reviewed Status as filters in sidebar.	Provide reviewers with quick access to a list of Tag profiles and their Review status to efficiently refine the list of results by the review status in each of the tag profiles.
New	Folders	Add Reviewed/Not Reviewed folders in Assignments area in left sidebar.	Enable users to see shortcut links next to each of the assignments (total, reviewed and not reviewed) to quickly access, meaning perform a search, for those types of assignments.
New	Folders	Highlight which folder documents are being dragged into.	When dragging documents to add them to a folder, the folder is highlighted when files are being dragged on top of it. The number of items is also indicated during drag-drop and there's a confirmation message that will now show also.
New	Grid	Doc Viewer opening from one column.	The Review grid now has a fixed column, all the way to the left, from where the Doc Viewer will be launched - it shows the View link and icon. This will allow users to use the Review grid to select values from it, such as when they desire to copy-past values from it. It will also reduce the number of incidental clicks into the doc viewer.
New	Grid	Indicate number of selected documents on the grid.	Show the user how many documents have been selected, so that user knows the total even before starting a bulk action (without manually keeping track).
New	Search	Duplicate Type Search Editor added.	Added a search clause builder for the dup-type search clause. In addition to clicking on the candy bar or by clicking on a dup type in the filters on the left side bar, it's now possible to also add this via the Search Builder.
New	Search	Search by Emotional Intelligence score.	Similar to search by model score but in a different range, 1-10 instead of 1-100, in order to search by a Document's Positivity or Negativity score. Emotional Intelligence scores are whole numbers, not decimals.
New	Search	Allow users to search for documents that were NOT scored.	Search for documents that do NOT have Emotional Intelligence scores, or model scores, to examine them to (later on) understand why they were not scored. A blank Emotional Intelligence score (no score) will indicate that document didn't contain analyzable text for Emotional Intelligence. A score of zero (0) will indicate no Emotional Intelligence was detected in the text.
New	Search	Add any value and no value to metadata search modal.	Enable users to more quickly compose a search for no-value (empty) or any-value (non-empty) from the advanced search metadata modal to save a few clicks.
New	Search	Add ID search category to advanced search.	Reviewers have the ability to quickly search across lists of documents ids to find a list of given documents and combine that criterion with other criteria. This specifically includes being able to search fields that are designated as Document Number Fields, of type string.
New	Search	Add 'upload file' ability to search by ID modal.	Enable user to upload a list of IDs from a text file (CSV) to search by that list without having to type it or paste it.
New	Search	Search by Entity type.	Enable search by entity so that users can see which documents have a specific type (and occurrence) of entity, such as Organization, Geography, Law Firm or other supported entity types.
New	Search	Add ability to group all clauses of a query in the search builder.	Provide a quick way to group all clauses in a search so that a user can do a query-level negation or expansion more easily (without having to drag-and-drop all clauses into a group). This is similar to enclosing all current criteria in parenthesis.
New	Search	Allow loading of a saved search for editing.	Retrieve a saved search (the query, not the doc ids) to edit the query in the Advanced Search builder.
New	Search	New RQL operator - PRE/#	Examples - 1) "dog" PRE/0 "cat" matches "dog cat" and does not match "cat dog". ; 2) "moose" PRE/1 "squirrel" matches "moose squirrel" and "moose and squirrel" and does not match "squirrel moose" or "squirrel and moose".; 3) Everything that is supported for W/N should also be supported for PRE/N. The only difference is that PRE/N preserves order, and W/N does not.
New	Search	New RQL operator - IN	The IN operator provides a more compact and potentially more efficient way to express and perform the query: ITEMID IN (“some-id-1”, “some-id-2”, … , “some-id-100”). In this version, string fields only. More to be added in next release.
New	Search	New RQL operator - REGEX	Examples - 1) `fieldName::REGEX(""gi[a-rA-R]+s?"")` matches ""giraffes"" and ""giraffe" 2) `fieldName::REGEX(""green giraffes"")` throws an error (no whitespace in regexes).3) `fieldGroup::REGEX(""gi[a-rA-R]+s?"")` matches ""giraffes"" and ""giraffe"" against all text fields in the field group."
New	UI	Added Help and Support links.	Links to help and support are now also displayed in the application header for convenience. Question mark icon links to Help site, Headset icon links to the support site.
Update	Admin Settings	Add admin setting to simulate document security on or off.	Allow administrators to change a setting, and see quick indicator of that setting, that simulates document security off or not so that they can take actions to secure documents.
Update	Assignments	Manage Batches filtering - add User, Status.	Add Filtering to the User and Status text box for Manage Batches.
Update	Assignments	Add direct assigned batches in Manage Batches screen.	Review users should see filterable list of not only pool but also direct-assigned batches available in the Manage Batches area. Check-in and check-out actions are still only available for pool batches.
Update	Data Visualization	Tag score widget - Add pagination.	Provide a way to paginate the widget for model scores, if there are more than the maximum that fit on the widget.
Update	Data Visualization	Tag score widget - Add text search by name.	Provide a way to search for a specific model (classifier) by name in the widget for model scores.
Update	Data Visualization	Allow user to select among data variables on a widget.	Allow user to specify which field is being visualized/displayed in several of the metadata widgets to provide more flexibility on the Dashboard.
Update	Export	Make Export to CSV from metadata modal respect the applied search context.	Allow the Export to CSV button 'match' what is shown in the table of a metadata search modal in terms of reflecting the search context or reflecting project-wide results.
Update	Folders	Resize or scroll folder navigation panel horizontally	Enable user to adjust the width of the left sidebar to see items that got cut off. Allow folder navigation to be resized to any size the user wants up to the point where the main area of the screen is smaller than 500 pixels.
Update	Grid	Allow user to control grid display preferences.	Allow user to change display preferences to control the appearance of the Review grid, and related areas of the user experience.
Update	Permissions	Set default role permissions for new Visual Analytics permission node.	When a project is created, the various roles that are created by default will have the appropriate default permissions enabled for the new Visual Analytics node. As a note, the Manage AI deals with the visibility of the Supervised Learning link. Admins/Client Admins should have all of the items set by default. Power Reviewers should have View Cluster Wheel & View Dashboard by default. Reviewers should have none of these four options enabled by default. Admins can edit that.
Update	Processing	Make R11 project dashboard and grid available even if analytics are still running.	Enable the user to access a project within R11 and start working in a few areas that don't require all analytics as soon as it's been indexed, even if the analytics pipeline is still running. For example, the Review grid and keyword searches will work, while Concept Search, Cluster Wheel, and some Dashboard widgets will still be pending until the analytics pipeline is completed.
Update	Project Management	Automated project creation and association.	When a review project is created, most modules of the analytics pipeline will now be triggered more efficiently and through automation.
Update	Reports	Update column name in Hit Reports to Progress.	Updated the column name to Progress.
Update	Search	Update labels of search operators for clarity.	Rename *Has* operator label to *Has any value.* Rename *Is Like* operator label to *Contains*. Add a bit of descriptive language to modal when one of these operators is selected.
Update	Search	Add ability to temporarily disable a term in Term List.	Enable users to temporarily disable one search term in the search term list, then later enable it, in order to test the rest of the terms.
Update	Search	Indicate expansion by family, thread on logical group level.	Show indicators of query expansion (by family, by thread, by dups, by near dups) added by user at multiple places in a query so that users can more easily tell what expansions have been applied at a glance.
Update	Search	Clicking outside of search dropdown should close it.	Update to standard behavior where clicking anywhere outside of a dropdown should close it, but retain the value entered without submitting. Clicking inside the search bar again will open the dropdown again.
Update	Search	Show indicator on search bar when more pills are available.	When longer searches are created with more pills than will fit in the collapsed search bar, there needs to be an indicator that more are available. Added a gradient on top of the pills showing that more are available and invite users to click to see the full query.
Update	Search	Show result count preview in search builder after initial search.	After performing a search and opening the search builder, the result count preview in the search builder will auto refresh with the current results, even if the search results had not changed.
Update	Search	Remove dark overlay when search builder is open.	The dark blue background that appears when the search builder is opened should be removed so people can better see what's behind it. People may be using what appears behind it (grid view, dashboard, sidebar, etc.) to help them build their search and it shouldn't be obstructed from view. The drop shadow for the search builder will be increased to make it more visibly on top of the rest of the content. The increased dropshadow should work in both light and dark modes.
Update	Search	Update metadata search profiles to be on whole query.	Allow user to specify zero or one Search Profile at the whole query level.
Update	Search	Modify search interaction to improve visibility and access to Concept Search.	Currently the only high-level visibility for Concept Search in the UI is via the search box suggestion. To better promote this differentiating feature, the search interaction was modified to give it greater visibility.
Update	Search	Keep result count visible in search builder while building query.	When someone previews their search and continues to modify it, the result count disappears, making it difficult to see how their modifications change the count. This has been updated to keep the result count visible so users can see how their changes to the query affect the count.
Update	Search	Validate RQL even from search bar's keyword search.	Provide user information to know in advance if the advanced keyword (RQL) composed in the search bar is invalid to avoid getting a syntax error later in the process.
Update	Search	Updates to saved search workflow.	Addresses a workflow where there was an exception shown to the user when they do not have any saved search folders created. To remediate this issue, when the user hasn't selected a valid folder, the Save Search button will be disabled. The Saved Searches node will expand if the user clicks on it. This will make it clearer to the user if there are folders to select for saving searches or whether they have to add a new folder. Finally, because both a Name and a Folder are required, the Save Search button will be inactive until both Name/Folder are populated.
Update	Supervised Learning	Update classifier card to show PRE-TRAINING label.	On the classifier card, the 1/4 progress or 0/4 progress was accurate but confusing. It showed when the classifier was in PRE-TRAINING mode. The card is updated to show if the classifier is in pre-training mode, indicated by the word PRE-TRAINING.
Update	Supervised Learning	Remove the number of positive/negative docs from the model cards.	The number of documents that are used to create a library model are not informative and used for logging purposes, they are no longer displayed.
Update	Supervised Learning	Bring several applicable classifier settings into the Classifier Settings area.	Bring viewing and editing of these Advanced Classifier Settings previously available in API only: Autotune, Autotune Threshold.
Update	Supervised Learning	Filter out zero values from showing in the tagging and scoring graph's sidebar.	Show a simplified view of the tagged and scored sidebar, showing only the error states that are > 0 to have less noise on the screen.
Update	Supervised Learning	Update unavailable message with minimum positive docs variable.	Display information in message based on the specific minimum positive documents in settings.
Update	System	Compare all existing user settings and hide several that were no longer used.	Remove deprecated settings: several user settings were not being utilized in recent versions and they have been hidden to avoid possible confusion.
Update	Tag Admin	Address expectation that the collapse all/expand all on a tag profile will just collapse/expand the tags.	On the right-side of the Tag Admin screen, when the user selects Collapse All this should just collapse the tags and not the panels as well. This allows the user to conserve screen space and still be able to move/reorder the tags.
Update	UI	Update Form Styles on Bulk Actions.	Make the Bulk action modal visually more consistent with other modals in Reveal 11 for better user experience.
Update	UI	Update preview cards in Dashboard/Cluster view to display the BegDoc for documents shown in list.	To aid in recall and dealing with documents, added Begin Number to the document preview cards shown in the sidebar shown to the right of the dashboard/cluster wheel after running a search to help users quickly make note or find important documents and to be able to recall/share them with other users in the system.
Update	UI	Remove custom text highlight color.	When text is highlighted anywhere, it appears with a bright green background. This was a bit of a nuisance because it doesn't always make the selected text readable. This highlight customization has been removed so the user can rely on their system's method of highlighting text which is more expected.
Update	UI	Add tooltips to icons in grid.	The tooltips that appear when hovering over the icons in the header row should also appear when hovering over the icons in the body rows so they're available in context. When hovering over a document type icon, that file extension and name should appear. Example: Adobe PDF (PDF).
Update	UI	Preserve checkbox selections across pages in several paginated tables.	Allow user to keep checkboxes when navigating to a different page of a table to select items across pages.
Update	UI	Trigger refresh after specific bulk actions.	Refresh the user's folder tree (left sidebar) after submitting specific bulk actions so that user knows they are executing and might see the changes in the folders, if the bulk action has finished quickly (3 secs). If it has not finished quickly, as is normal for actions on bigger document sets, the user can manually refresh the folder tree.
Update	UI	Relocate and keep visible kabob on Folders header.	Provide an always-visible way to refresh and select folders, so that the user doesn’t have to hover before seeing the action icon. It should always be visible and move to the left.
