The following scores are now part of the default set of AI analytics:

As the already available Positivity and Negativity, they will appear in the Emotional Intelligence widget and can be used to search. Score range is the same 1-10. Not all documents may have detectable emotion in each category. 

PLEASE NOTE: Additional Steps are required to compute these scores on existing cases. See How to Generate Scores for Emotional Intelligence.

Trigger refresh and expansion of the Assignments node after a user checks out or checks in a batch from the Manage Batches screen.

When a user checks out or checks in a batch, refresh the screen and display the expanded view of the folder, showing the Reviewed/Not reviewed folders beneath. This allows the user to jump right into the Not Reviewed documents to begin reviewing.

This is mainly to allow consistency between the split grid view and split list view.

Add a new field to the consolidated script called 'Processed Date'.

To support a new reporting capability, we are introducing a new field to the consolidated script called ‘Processed Date’. This is a UTC date field that will be used to push an internal date value from Discovery Manager to Review representing the UTC date on which the data were imported into Discovery Manager.
We will add this field to existing cases via upgrade script, and this will be a part of the consolidated script so that the field appears in new projects as they are created.

Update ordering of Emotional Intelligence Filters in lefthand sidebar.

Updated the Emotional Intelligence Positivity/Negativity categories to a sort order where the order matches the scoring system, instead of the count-based sorting that is currently used. Added the ranges of the various categories to their labels.

Preserve Expanded or Collapsed folder state.

When you refresh folders, Reveal now preserves the expanded/collapsed state of folders nodes on the left-side Folder Tree.

Model Library export filenames should be unique.

When a user clicked the Download button in the Export Model modal, the filename of the download was “model.nps” for all Models. This made it difficult for the user to know which export belonged to which Model. Now when the user clicks Download, we replace “model” in the filename with the name of the Model, not including any spaces and special characters in the Model name.

Ability to publish classifiers to the Model Library to reuse them in other cases. Published Models are only visible to cases within the same Company (also called Tenant). For existing cases, the Support Team may need to do a one-time database update via script for each Company to reflect tenancy for Model Library purposes.

Print preview indication that there will be a field value stamped into the image.

The bulk print functionality now shows a page preview of what metadata stamping will look like on the page in addition to the preview for any custom text value that is input. In the preview, there will be an indication that the Custodian field value, for example, will be burned into the upper left part of the document. There can be custom text added below the field too.

Update production jobs to handle both Document bates level numbering / Page Level Numbering

We now have 2 different ways of numbering a production document:
- Page Level
- Document Level
Depending on the choice made for numbering the choices on the screen will update to show the appropriate options.
Page Level (Current scheme) - the choices shown on screen will behave as it does today. Each page in the document will get its own unique number. The next document will pick up on the next available number after the previous document's last page number.
Document & Page Level - this will allow the user to create numbering that will change on each document, with suffix page numbers.

Update Production Job Stamping Options to allow for more flexibility in stamping.

Introduce a new dropdown on the Stamping tab that allows the user to choose whether they want to apply stamping to all pages in a document or just the first page when using the Document Level Numbering scheme.

Insert email and domain pipeline fields into a review project.

To support the new Top Domains reports, we retrieve the data from the aggregate fields that are populated by the AI pipeline during the ingestion of the data. Adding these 7 new fields into the overlay and creating corresponding fields in the Review database:

As an admin user, I need the tagging breakdown report to organize tagging results better.

An enhancement to the tagging breakdown report to enable users to report on distinct reviewer tags. In this release, we are only going to update the tabular results to report on Reviewers within a workflow (tag profile), broken down by day, and then the tags/choices that they applied on that day. The end report will look like the efficiency report where we roll up the data to each day with a summary for the values within the day displayed on that day’s line. When the user expands the day, it will be a listing of each user and then each user should have their tags/choices listed on a level below.

Add counts for documents and documents QC'd to Accuracy Report.

Provide additional fields to the accuracy report. The Documents count reflects the total number of documents with the selected tag/choices applied by the user during the configured time frame. The Documents QC column reports the total number of documents qc’d for the user as the base count used to calculate the percentage QC’d value.

Introduce new system setting to support imaging from multiple natives.

Introduce a system setting that will control the default file at an instance level so that Australian clients can have a different default behavior than other markets. The new setting is called ‘DefaultNativeFieldForImaging’ (name could be changed). This will be set to the Exported_Native_File field for most markets, while it will be set to the PDF_PATH for the AUS market. This system setting will be what is used to populate the default value that is present in the Default Template in the Document Imaging Settings Template. The default value is EXPORTED_NATIVE_FILE.

Add new hidden content user setting to the R11/settings modal.

Having introduced a new user setting that controls the visibility of a toaster pop up in the document viewer if the document contains hidden content, we have added a new system setting called ‘Suppress in document hidden content notification’ in the classic Reveal UI. When the user clicks the Document Viewer section heading they will be taken to a ‘tab’ that has a new option called 'Show hidden content notification' which should be enabled by default.

This feature allows you to switch between the existing list (card) view or the grid as a side-by-side view with the visualizations so that you can control whether you want the full grid visible or not visible side by side. This split view will be available for the Dashboard, Cluster Wheel, and Heatmap.

You can now have the grid visible side-by-side with (other) visualizations so that you can get the high-level and the doc-level views on the same screen. Building on having this view available alongside the Cluster Wheel, this will add it to the Dashboard and Heatmap views.

Add ability to collapse 'main' panel to allow grid view to take the majority of the screen.

When there is a split screen with cluster/ heatmap/dashboard and grid, you will have the option of collapsing those panels to allow the shared document list panel to take the majority of the screen space. This functions similar to the way the Folders/Entities panel can be collapsed to the left.

Add ability to 'pop out' the secondary grid component to it's own window.

You now have the ability to ‘pop out’ the Grid view into its own window so that it can be moved to another monitor while the various windows still communicate with each other. Selecting a folder, which executes a search, will update the dashboard/cluster/heatmap as well as the popped-out list of documents to reflect the new count. A new button in the header area on the far right in the main view and in the popped-out view will dock/undock.

When a user clicked on the filter by column icon the page would reload but the filter modal did not open. This issue specifically fixes the sidebar and pop out grid.

Heatmap Row Totals Incorrect if Search is Modified.

The Row Totals worked as long as the search was not modified in any way so as to decrease the doc count from the default. The ‘Totals’ column correctly found the unique counts, but only for the selected row/column types.

When the user exported a model library, the system downloaded a corrupted .nps file.

Transcript Folder permissions are incorrect.

Users with full transcript permissions were lacking the ability to do anything with transcript folders.

User was prevented from saving the current search. A warning message box appeared in top of the Modal without a message.

Active Learning Status on classifier card has no space.

Having a classifier with Training in Active Learning the status was stuck as “ActiveLearning” taken as a Typo.

The tooltip for the classifier’s configuration option in Batch Configuration section was not displaying the correct message.

Users receive a warning when changing tag profiles in the document viewer.

Regardless of where the user accessed a document, Reveal 11 was displaying a warning message that because of how they accessed the document Reveal would be forced to close the review window.

Sub folders on transcript section allow an admin without config to process on transcripts.

With “Manage Transcripts” permission unchecked user was still able to see the kabob button and process transcript from a Transcript Sub-Folder.

Save searches folders pop up is not displaying the folder options for multiple folders.

When there are multiple folders and those take almost the entire size of the modal and the user wants to click on the three dots options, these options are not visible and hard to reach.

When the show hidden content notification is checked the notification does not display in the document viewer.

Fixed where show hidden content notification was checked within user settings and the hidden content notification did not display in the document viewer, and when the option was unchecked the notification within the document viewer displayed.

Right side grid view gets locked to the left side panel if a user re-sizes the grid view all the way to the right.

When a user re-sized the right-side grid view all the way to the right the grid would get locked to the left side panel. The right-side grid view is displayed over whichever view the user selects and they could not re-size the view to display the selected left side view. If the user de-selected the grid/list toggle the list view would display and behave as expected.
