      Discovery Manager Workflow Exercise

      This article provides both visual and written exercises for utilizing processing features in Reveal

      The purpose of this document is to outline the most common Reveal 11 processes to help customers become more familiar with the processing platform and its capabilities.

      Discovery Manager

      Take data from project creation to export to review (~500 files)
      1. Log into the Reveal 11 Platform.
      2. Create a new project in processing and review.
      3. Choose project settings from an existing template.
      4. Load data through an S3 bucket (emails and loose files).
      5. Run at least one (1) report.
      6. Export all documents, excluding duplicates, to review.
      7. Confirm data completes indexing and analytics.
      8. Confirm data is visible in review.
      9. If analytics runs successfully, the Emotional Intelligence and Entities information should be visible. If this process is not successful, the “Analytics not yet available” text will be displayed and the Emotional Intelligence / Entities filters on the folder pane will not be visible.

      Discovery Manager

      Load data into an existing project and export to review (~500 docs)
      1. Load a current project that is linked to review.
      2. Load data through an S3 bucket (emails and loose files).
      3. Run at least one (1) report.
      4. Export all documents, excluding duplicates, to review.
      5. Confirm data completes indexing and analytics.
      6. Confirm data is visible in review and with full analytics by confirming the Dashboard, Grid, Clusters, and Heatmap tabs load successfully.
